STM App Reviews

I am currently using an iPhone 6s with iOS 10+. Ever since I did your application update, whenever I go to use the app, it always says "télécharger". I wait for it complete its download and have to agree to terms and conditions. Then I am able to see the schedule. The moment I refresh and go to look again, it no longer works. I cant seem to use it for the rest of the day. The next day the same process repeats itself. I use the transit system a lot as I work downtown and really rely on this app for the bus time to and from work. Its a very dissatisfying experience altogether when I have to show up at the bus not knowing when the next one is coming beforehand

I love this app but latley I open it and it tells me to accept terms and conditions, I accept then it send me to the app but I cant search no bus theres nothing that appears and I use that app daily please fix it !!! :(

It seems to work fine when first loaded, but after a while it starts showing only one of two busses, sometimes even one of three or worse. Fix it As it is it is mostly useless

If you thought that the stm was doing bad with their bus/metro service, wait until you download the app. The app is a joke. Always crashing, not showing the schedules, and always asking to update.

Used it on a trip to Montreal and found it helpful. Search functions need lots of improvement, but used in collaboration with Google maps we were able to navigate the city pretty well. However, it seems that STM has lots of server problems, because the app crashes frequently at times, then works flawlessly at others. Tried uninstall and reinstall, plus hard reboot of phone without success. STM, please fix server availability so that the app is much more functional. It would also be helpful if it would help the visitor understand the difference between STM, STL, and ATM jurisdictions so that tourists are not confused.

Vraiment frustrant et inutilisable. The planificateur doesnt recognize any destination. App is pretty much useless. STM needs to fire the developers and hire some more competent ones.

Its ok if you just want to see schedules but the trip planner and map are quite buggy.

I depended on this app exploring Montreal with any data connection. It worked great and it works offline. Definitely a must if you are a tourist! I gives you the schedules of buses and metro map info. I wish it had a map of the routes for each bus.

App only gives bus departures for any given route, no map of the route is available. Trip planner is impossible to figure out. Type aeroport into box and doesnt give Trudeau as an option to select.

Is this a joke or what? Everytime I am checking the schedule this stupid app is asking for an update... What the hell? It is very annoying!!! Fix this cr...app Could anyone suggest another metro app? Because I am fed up with these updates, that last forever!!! This people havent done anything to fix, its just like STM: no new Montreal metro station since 1988... Another 25 years!

This official app from STM has a great Metro map, detailed station info, bus schedules, fares, and a helpful trip planner. And its free! The only problem with the app is that its name is STM, not Montreal Metro. So nobody can find it because who thinks to search STM? (I found a download link on the STM website.)
